Are Fruits More Natural To Eat Than Herbs?

Fruits are more natural to eat than herbs. It is man’s natural food. But we, in our abnormal state, need herbs. We require herbs and roots for the rebuilding of our bodies to a state of normalcy because they are richer in mineral salts than fruits.

We must live on a balanced diet of fruits, nuts, herbs, and roots for quite some time before our bodies are readjusted to the higher vibration of the fruitarian diet. We must take-in as much rich earth salts as we possibly can so that our bodies will be built up quickly and sturdily. Your taste will change as your body develops.

At first, you may have a craving for cabbage or oranges. Later on, you may crave tomatoes, or avocados, or grapefruit.

It is fine to sample as many different types of fruits and vegetables as are on the market. You may find that you like certain types of vegetables in their natural form very well indeed. On the other hand, you may be eating vegetables in salads which your taste buds will rebel against if eaten alone.

For instance, you may never have eaten uncooked cauliflower or asparagus, or uncooked turnips or rutabagas, yet these may appeal to you and be just what you need. If you have a craving for a bitter food, such as sun dried olives or the various wild herbs, you should eat the.

Avocado rinds chewed or eaten with the inside, will give you much of this same bitter element, and furthermore are delicious when eaten in combination with the oily so called “flesh.” The rind of the thin skinned varieties, such as the Fuerte and the small late summer seedlings, should by all means be eaten with the rest of the avocado.

Some of the darker-skinned varieties contain so much of this bitter element that you may not be able to eat a great deal of it. These rough rinds, when swallowed, will act as good sweeping material for your bowels, also.
